Trommel Screens

Our standard heavy duty range comprises 1.5m and 2.0m diameter units with individually bolted mesh or punched plate panels in invididual rings of 1m length.

All units are mounted on a heavy duty sub-frame with inlet and outlet chute running on four polyurethane heavy duty steel wheels with tyres with 2 individual drive units to two wheels (two free running).

Drive units are 3ph electric motors directly coupled to a shaft mounted gearbox to give a standard speed of 11 r.p.m.  Full bolted guarding as required.

The units can be skidmounted or mobile as required
